In this post you will learn how to send text message appointment reminders using Utilingo. Appointment reminders are sent 7 days before the appointment and 5 days after that. This means that one week prior to the appointment the client will receive a text message reminding them of their upcoming appointment. 2 days prior to the appointment another message will be sent to the client to make sure that they have enough time to prepare for their appointment. This setting has been programmed in the software. You do not need to do anything after submitting your initial appointment notice.
